Swara yoga

"Swara Yoga" is the title of a 1983 book by Swami Satyananda Saraswati concerned with the aspects of Yoga concerned with breathing, or Pranayama.

According to Swami Satyananda Saraswati,

"Swara yoga is the way to have a fuller understanding of your past, to experience the best from the present, and to know what will happen in the future by means of a thorough knowledge of the breath."[1]
